Join us at the Center as we learn about nutrition and healthy eating.

Sara, the owner of Real-Prep-Meal-Prep, has a passion for health, wellness and nutrition - how to eat clean, how to eat balanced and how to truly eat healthy to fuel our bodies to fight off threats or harm to our systems. This session will give us the information we need to have a healthier weight and lifestyle.

Sara currently feeds and works with executives, athletes, dieticians, doctors, patients, nutrition coaches, and health and fitness coaches to help cater to individuals who want to optimize their health and nutrition, or people who are battling health scares.
