Join us for some Chair Yoga with Cheryl.
Beginner friendly, no experience necessary. Cheryl will lead us through everything.
Chairs are provided. Please bring a yoga mat if you'd like to also do some of the floor work.
Due to limited space, at this time, this event is for members only.
